To get some relaxation and avoid the dragging effects of jetlag, the company Re-Timer offers a  lightweight, eyeglass-like frame that you wear over your eyes to help combat fatigue. The glasses are embedded with a row of LED lights that use appropriate colour and brightness to help reset your circadian clock. Re-Timer has two brightness options, and the green light works well for older eyes too, without the glare or discomfort that an equally bright white or blue light would cause.
